Full Service Catering: We offer full service catering with our professional staff to provide set up and clean up services. Our standard option features buffet serving tables with red & white check linen tablecloths, heavy duty white plastic plates, clear cups and eating utensils, folded white paper napkins, and stainless serving equipment. Our customized option features rental plates, utensils, glassware, tables, chairs, and linens.

Pick up and Delivery Service: From our catering kitchen at 769 Folly Road on James Island, we offer an affordable option to the catered party. Prearranged customer pick up for parties less than 75 people is available 7 days a week. We are also able to deliver in the Charleston area for a nominal charge based on location. Please contact us a week in advance of your event.

Bar Tending Service: Our professional, insured service offers premium and full bar service for parties of 50 or more. We will provide tables and linens for the bar stations, lemons/limes, beverage napkins, plastic cups, bar setups, and ice. We can customize these options with rental glassware.

Boiled Peanuts: Our special recipe that is mild and salty with a hint of smoked ham. Can be served hot or chilled. (seasonal availability)
Edamame Soybeans: A healthy, high-protein appetizer steamed and lightly salted.
"Peel & Eat" Shrimp: Boiled in special seasonings and served with cocktail sauce.
Steamed Oysters: Cooked in months with an "R" (and when available), these lowcountry treats are served with melted butter, cocktail sauce, and Saltine crackers.
Chili: One of the best appetizers in the fall and winter.
Brunswick Stew: Pride of Georgia and Virginia. We are not going to argue who was first… Our stew includes chicken, corn and lima beans.

BlackJack Barbecue™: Our signature award winning slow-cooked pork prepared from Boston Butts and Shoulders coated with our unique Dry Rub and then lightly sauced in our Blackjack Barbecue™ Vinegar Sauce.
BlackJack Barbecue™ Beef Brisket: Smoked, sliced thin and served with our Blackjack Barbecue™ BBQ Sauce. This Texas-styled brisket is the perfect complement to BlackJack Barbecue™.
Lowcountry Pit-Cooked Turkey: 10-12 lb. whole turkey or breasts lightly smoked.
Tidewater Boil: Shrimp, crab, corn-on-the-cob, smoked sausage, and red potatoes boiled in special seasonings and served with cocktail sauce.
Pork Ribs: Prepared with our BlackJack Barbecue™ Dry Rub and slow-cooked. Served with BlackJack Barbecue™ BBQ Sauce and plenty of napkins.
Herb Seasoned Chicken: Slow-cooked and smoked quarters. Perfect complement to pork or beef barbecue.
BBQ Chicken: Slow-cooked with our unique tomato-garlic BBQ sauce.

Hash and Rice: Our special recipe featuring chuck roast and Boston Butts producing a very lean dish served over white rice.
Hoppin' John: Made the old fashion way with blackeyed peas and hamhocks. Brings good luck all year round.
Chicken and Rice Pilau: Lowcountry specialty with special seasonings.
Lowcountry Red Rice: Prepared with smoked sausage, onions, green peppers.
Baked Beans: Cooked slowly in BlackJack Barbecue™ BBQ Sauce and brown sugar.
Silver Queen Corn: Served on the cob. Grown locally and in the mountains of North Carolina. (Seasonal)
Macaroni & Cheese: The recipe passed down from Anne Marie's grandmother who lived in Oswego, SC.
Squash Casserole: A Charleston favorite with Zucchini & Yellow Squash topped with Cheddar Cheese.
Collard Greens: Cooked to perfection with a spicy-smoke flavor.
Green Beans: Fresh cut with a hint of smoked bacon.
Vegetable Pasta Salad: A vegetarian delite.
Potato Salad: Perfect combination with our Texas-style Beef Brisket.
Tomato & Cucumber Salad: A cool summertime salad with local tomatoes and cucumbers.
Garden Salad: Fresh lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots & assorted dressings.
Cole Slaw: My mother's recipe. Chopped cabbage, artichoke relish, seasonings and a hint of mayonnaise.
Corn Bread:
Dinner Rolls: Butter and egg rolls baked fresh daily.
Banana Pudding: Fresh bananas with pudding and vanilla wafers topped with whipped cream.
Peach Cobbler: A wonderful summertime treat. Ask if we have Blueberry or Apple available.
Key Lime Tarts:
Lemon Squares: Perfect combination with cookies and brownies.
Chocolate Chip Cookies: Baked fresh with plenty of chocolate chips.
Brownies: Topped with chocolate icing.
Sweet Ice Tea: Served with fresh mint, lemon.
Lemonade: A must with our Kid's menu.
